Worthy of Recommendation
Worthy of Recommendation: Worthy means the recommendation is earned and the company can withstand a deeper look.
Where it shows up
Worthy is not visible, famous, dominant or optimized. It means the promise made at the first kitchen table is supported by the organization standing behind it, that growth has made the company stronger rather than only bigger, and that the evidence can carry the truth when the leader is not in the room. A company can be worthy and still imperfect. The difference is what happens after the mistake: whether it is hidden, or owned, corrected and documented.
How it is measured
Worthy is the final question underneath every other term on this page. Not "are you visible," but "are you building a company that deserves the answer you want." Reputation Intelligence measures the evidence. Whether a company is worthy of it is a question only the company itself can answer, one decision at a time.
